How it works?
- Upload the photo you want us to illustrate. See Photo Guide first.
- Approve your art. Your 100% custom hand-drawn bike illustration will be ready in 2-3 days for approval.
- Receive your products. Sit back or go for a ride and give us a few days to make and ship your products.

What if I don't like my artwork or product?
If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, please reach out and we will try to make it right.
Can you draw BMX or Road Bikes?
Yes, all bikes can be illustrated.
Do multiple items ship separately?
If you order multiple different items, some of them might ship separately to ensure fast delivery as not all items are made by the same production partners.
How can I track my order?
After we have shipped your products you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
My tracking link is not working!
Tracking numbers can take up to multiple days to get activated! Please give some time and check your tracking number later.
Do you ship anywhere?
Products can be shipped to over 90 countries worldwide, please see the full list of the countries we ship to - HERE. Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
Do I have to pay any customs fees if I live outside the USA?
Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.
Can I edit my order after it was made?
All changes must be made to an order within 2 hours after the time which it was placed. Keep in mind that I start working on your custom illustration right after your purchase! Any adjustment after 2 hours is not promised.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can do so in the first 2 hours. Anything thereafter will require a $10 art fee because we have already started working on your order. If you send us an email but don’t receive a reply within 30 minutes, don’t worry. We’ll get back to you and honor the timestamp on the email.
When do I get my digital art file?
If you purchased digital version it will be available to download within a few hours after you confirm the artwork proof. Files will be emailed to the same address you used to place an order.
Will my photo upload work?
We highly recommend photos in sunny or bright light so we can catch every detail of your bike. Please see Photo Guide for more information. You will also have to include information about your bike's brand, model and year so I can check some details if necessary.
Do you do proofs prior to shipment?
Yes! When your custom artwork design is completed, you will receive an email message with your proof, to view, approve, or request changes if necessary.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and products you have ordered. The easiest way to see your shipping costs is to add the products to the cart and follow the checkout process where shipping costs will be calculated.
How long until my order arrives?
Depending on where you live it may take up 7-15 business days after you have confirmed the artwork and we have made your products. All together from placing the order and uploading your bike photo until receiving your order it may take 12 to 21 days in total.
What if I received my order and it's damaged?
Don't worry, please take multiple photos showing the damage and send us a message to email@example.com
What if I received my order but it's the wrong size, color or design?
Please take multiple good quality photos showing what's wrong and send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org, if the mistake was made by us during the fulfillment process we will send you a new product.
What if I received my order but want to change it?
Unfortunately, because all products are custom made to order we can not change them. Please reach out to email@example.com as we might have a different solution for you.
Can you include logos and branding?
Some logos and branding may be included in the digital illustration. However to avoid copyright issues with the big bike brands and their teams of lawyers I can not include their branding and logos on any physical products produced and sold by me here at Stand Out Bikes. Therefore there will be no third-party branding, names, logos on any custom products including T-shirts, hoodies, posters, and stickers.
Can I get a refund?
Because of the custom nature of my products and services I can't issue a refund, however, I might be able to offer a different solution so please contact me via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I speak with the manager?
